South Africa’s Reeza Hendricks almost injured himself as he took a splendid reflex catch in the 2nd ODI against Australia at Adelaide to dismiss allrounder Marcus Stoinis. The right-arm seamer Dwayne Pretorius picked up the prize wicket as Stoinis played a terrible shot on a length delivery from the seamer.
Without judging the timing, Stoinis tried to launch the ball over mid wicket, almost dragging the ball off the inside half of the bat. Hendricks, who was stationed at the position, jumped up high, to take a superb reflex catch on a ball that was almost travelling over his head.
The ball was travelling with some speed but the Proteas batsman was able to cling it with one hand in the mid-air as Stoinis had to walk back to the pavilion for 2.

South Africa are leading 1-0 in the 3-match ODI series after the winning the first ODI by 6 wickets last week on Sunday. A victory at Adelaide will seal the series for the visitors.
