WARREN –Warren police are investigating a Sunday afternoon shooting of a man inside Sac Of Suds Laundromat, 1074 Summit St. NW.

A 911 report indicates gunshots were reported heard at 2:45 p.m., with a caller reporting a male victim shot in the neck with blood on the floor.

Reports indicate the caller, who was hit by bullet debris in the leg but declined medical attention at the scene, saw three males arguing and then heard a loud “pop” sound. The victim, the caller stated, was able to leave in a white vehicle.

The other two men reportedly doing the shooting were last seen inside a red Chevy Trailblazer that was heading toward Mahoning Avenue, reports indicate

Detectives with the police department are gathering leads and have a possible suspect, according to reports.

The victim, the report noted, was treated at St. Joseph Mercy Health Hospital and released.
