Niagara County is conducting a collaborative Community Health Assessment to understand the health needs and concerns of the county’s communities.
“We are aiming to discover how to best serve our citizens and improve the health of Niagara County,” Public Health Director Daniel Stapleton said.
The Niagara County Department of Health is working closely with local hospitals and community partners to identify priority areas to build a plan to improve the health of our communities.
“We want current feedback from the people who live here so our priorities are aligned with what’s important to you now. We want to know what really matters to each person whose life we can impact, and we urge all Niagara County residents to complete the health survey,” said Stapleton.
Stapleton is asking Niagara County residents to take five to 10 minutes to complete the confidential Community Health Survey at https://goo.gl/rrQWmb. The web link is also available on the Niagara County Department of Health website at: www.niagaracounty.com/health.
Stapleton is encouraging residents to share their thoughts and help make a difference in the lives of people in Niagara County.
